Leasing Details:

*Lessee shall not stay over the agreed lease period
*Lessee shall not have over the amount of people specified
*Lessee shall vacate the villa by 11:30 a.m. on departure day
*Lessee can rent minimum 7 days or longer
*Lessee agrees to reimburse the Lessor or villa owner for any loss or damage to property
*The Lessee agreement shall be governed by the law and jurisdiction of St. Maarten, NA
*Cancellation: A full refund up to 3 months prior to arrival. Later cancellation monies will only be refunded if villa is re-rented for that specific period.
